Promotion is organized by Jean Bâton.

Promotion participation

1. Participation in promotions is free of charge.
2. Participation occurs when you have reacted on Jean Bâton’s social media or, if applicable, completed an entry form.
   1. One-time participation per person.
   2. Participation in promotions is only open to those who are 18 years old or above.
3. Employees and/or suppliers of Jean Bâton are excluded from participating in promotions.
4. The duration of promotions and when the winner(s) will be announced will always be mentioned in the social media post or on the form to be completed.
5. Jean Bâton is authorized at any time to change promotion terms in the interim or stop the actions without giving any reason.

Personal data

1. Personal data of participants will not be released and provided to external parties without consultation, unless permission has been given to receive a newsletter from an external party.
2. Participants’ personal data may be used internally for subscribing to the Jean Bâton newsletter, if consent is given in the promotion.
3. British law applies to all actions.

Winner

1. The winner of a promotion is chosen by a draw in an impartial manner.
2. The winner of a promotion will be notified personally via the social media channel on which the promotion took place. If an email address was left, the winner will be notified by email.
3. If the winner does not report within a week of the announcement, a new winner will be designated.
4. Jean Bâton is authorized to exclude persons from participation in the event of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
5. Participants who did not win a prize will not be notified.
6. It is not possible to exchange the won product for another product or amount of money.
