The famous Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise is prepared with 1.5% real truffle and goes perfectly with a nice piece of meat. But the Jean Bâton truffle mayonnaise also instantly turns an old cheese sandwich, carpaccio or a slice of cod into something special.

Retention: Jean Bâton does not like to waste food. That’s why we recommend keeping the mayonnaise refrigerated after opening, that way it stays tastiest. Has the expiration date passed? If you don’t see, taste or smell anything abnormal, you can just keep eating the mayonnaise.
