BBQ Burger with Black Truffle Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 150-200 grams of minced beef
- 50 grams of bacon strips
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 1 onion, in rings
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 fresh red pepper
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise
- 4 large leaves of lettuce
- 2 pickles

- Cut the bacon strips into shreds and fry. Mix the minced meat with the bacon shreds, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Form 2 burgers from this.
- Fry the burgers over high heat on both sides. Place the onion rings in the other half of the pan and fry for a minute. Mix sugar and vinegar into the onion. Let everything fry on low heat for another 10 minutes.
- Mash the flesh of the avocado and mix with the chopped red pepper and lime juice.
- Remove the burgers and onion from the pan and set aside. Fry the bacon for 1-2 minutes until crispy.
- Spread the buns with 1/2 tablespoon Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise. Top with the lettuce leaves and burgers. Spread the avocado gels over the burgers and top with the bacon. Spread the caramelized onions over this and top with the slices of pickle. Spread the top of the buns with Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise and place on top of the burgers. Enjoy your meal! .
