Bone ham with Black Truffle Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 500g ham on the bone
- 50g honey
- 50g vinegar
- Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

- Remove the ham on the bone from the refrigerator half an hour before you are going to prepare it. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix the honey and vinegar. Place the ham bone in a baking dish and spread the ham bone with the honey and vinegar mixture.
- Place the ham bone in the oven bake for 45 minutes until cooked and nicely browned. Every 15 minutes, spread the ham bone with the honey vinegar mixture.
- If you want to be sure your ham on the bone is cooked properly, use a core thermometer. The ham on the bone is ready once it reaches a core temperature of 65 degrees.
- When the ham on the bone is done, let it rest under aluminum foil for another 10 minutes. Then cut into nice thick slices.
