Bruschetta with Burrata

Ingredients

  • 4 slices fresh farmhouse bread (or bread of your choice)
  • 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 200 grams of burrata
  • 2 avocados
  • arugula
  • Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry the tomatoes and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and roll them through the oil well, such that the oil is evenly distributed. Sprinkle with the oregano and season with some salt and pepper. Roast the tomatoes for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.
  3. Toast the sandwiches golden brown in the toaster or in the pan. Meanwhile, peel and slice the avocado and drain the burrata well. Divide the burrata into 4 parts.
  4. Top each sandwich with a portion of puffed tomatoes, burrata and avocado and top with some more arugula. Finish with a nice dollop of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise
