- Wash the red bell pepper and cut into strips. Lightly oil the strips with olive oil. Heat a grill pan on the stove. Grill the red bell bell pepper in the grill pan, until nice grill stripes appear and the bell bell pepper is al dente. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Season the burgers with some salt and pepper. Grill the burgers until cooked through.
- In the meantime, wash the lettuce and crumble the Cheddar cheese into pieces. Cut open two rolls and use only the bottom of the second roll. Spread the cut sides with some Jean Bâton Black Truffle mayonnaise and grill briefly in the grill pan.
- Place some butter lettuce and grilled bell bell pepper on one bottom of a bun, top this with the burger and half of the aged cheese with 1 teaspoon of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise. Place the other bottom on top of this and repeat these steps, lettuce, bell bell pepper, burger, cheese and mayonnaise. Place the top on top and insert a large skewer through this if necessary. Enjoy!
