Hamburger with Black Truffle Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 4 hamburger buns with sesame
- Cube of dairy butter
- 4 beef hamburgers
- 1 red onion in thin rings
- Butter lettuce (bag 80 gr)
- Cut 1 beef tomato into 8 thin slices
- Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and fry the 4 beef burgers in it until brown and cooked. During the last 5 minutes, add the red onion rings to the pan, turning frequently. Meanwhile, cut the buns in half and bake them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until they have turned a nice brown color (keep an eye on them every oven is different).
- Top each bottom of a bun with a spoonful of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise, handful of butter lettuce, the hamburger, two tomato slices, red onion rings and a little more Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise for the lovers. Top with the bun, skewer it and enjoy!
