Hamburger with Black Truffle Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns with sesame
  • Cube of dairy butter
  • 4 beef hamburgers
  • 1 red onion in thin rings
  • Butter lettuce (bag 80 gr)
  • Cut 1 beef tomato into 8 thin slices
  • Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and fry the 4 beef burgers in it until brown and cooked. During the last 5 minutes, add the red onion rings to the pan, turning frequently. Meanwhile, cut the buns in half and bake them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until they have turned a nice brown color (keep an eye on them every oven is different).
  3. Top each bottom of a bun with a spoonful of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise, handful of butter lettuce, the hamburger, two tomato slices, red onion rings and a little more Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise for the lovers. Top with the bun, skewer it and enjoy!
