Hotdog with Chipolata sausages and Black Truffle Mayonnaise

- 4 chipolata sausages
- Arugula
- Sliced red cabbage
- Tomberry Tomato Caviar
- Deep-fried onions
- Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

- Slice the hot dog buns from the top, spread both sides with Black Truffle Mayonnaise. Grill the chipolata sausages until cooked through.
- Top the sandwiches with some arugula and the chipolata sausages and finish with some sliced red cabbage, Tomberry tomatoes and fried onions. On top some extra Black Truffle Mayonnaise to make it extroairdinaire.
