Roast beef salad with Black Truffle Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 sweet potato
- 100 g brie
- 100 g roast beef (sliced)
- 100 g arugula
- 2 slices of parma ham
- 1 tablespoon of toasted pine nuts
- 1 bottle of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Dressing
- Preparation time:

- 2 people
- Bake the ham slices for 10 minutes on baking paper at 180°C in the oven until golden brown and crispy and let cool on kitchen paper.
- Cut the sweet potato into fries and bake in an oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Slice the avocado and dice the brie.
- Place the slices of roast beef on a platter and on top of them the arugula.
- Spread the sweet potato, avocado, brie and baked parma ham on top.
- Season with a nice amount of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Dressing and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
