Roast beef salad with Black Truffle Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 100 g brie
  • 100 g roast beef (sliced)
  • 100 g arugula
  • 2 slices of parma ham
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted pine nuts
  • 1 bottle of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Dressing

  1. Bake the ham slices for 10 minutes on baking paper at 180°C in the oven until golden brown and crispy and let cool on kitchen paper.
  2. Cut the sweet potato into fries and bake in an oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  3. Slice the avocado and dice the brie.
  4. Place the slices of roast beef on a platter and on top of them the arugula.
  5. Spread the sweet potato, avocado, brie and baked parma ham on top.
  6. Season with a nice amount of Jean Bâton Black Truffle Dressing and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
