Naan bread with figs and truffle mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 50 grams of arugula
  • 2 figs
  • 2 tablespoons Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise
  • 80 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • Handful of hazelnuts

  1. Cut the tomatoes and figs in half lengthwise. Cut the red onion into thin, half rings.
  2. Finely chop the hazelnuts.
  3. Toast the naan bread in a dry pan on one side.
  4. Spread the Black Truffle Mayonnaise on the naan bread on the side that is toasted.
  5. Top the naan bread with the figs and cherry tomatoes, set them nicely upright for a nice effect, playfully place the red onion and arugula throughout. Be subtle with the arugula.
  6. Sprinkle with some hazelnuts and finish with a splash of olive oil if desired. Drizzle some Black Truffle Mayonnaise over the dish to finish it off.
