Naan bread with figs and truffle mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 50 grams of arugula
- 2 figs
- 2 tablespoons Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise
- 80 grams of cherry tomatoes
- Handful of hazelnuts

- Cut the tomatoes and figs in half lengthwise. Cut the red onion into thin, half rings.
- Finely chop the hazelnuts.
- Toast the naan bread in a dry pan on one side.
- Spread the Black Truffle Mayonnaise on the naan bread on the side that is toasted.
- Top the naan bread with the figs and cherry tomatoes, set them nicely upright for a nice effect, playfully place the red onion and arugula throughout. Be subtle with the arugula.
- Sprinkle with some hazelnuts and finish with a splash of olive oil if desired. Drizzle some Black Truffle Mayonnaise over the dish to finish it off.
