Pan Toast with Black Truffle Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread/ farmhouse bread/ casino white (whatever you like!)
- Young mature cheese (as desired)
- 2 slices of pastrami
- Arugula
- Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise
- Preparation time:
- 20 minutes

- 2 people
- Top a sandwich sandwich with a slice of pastrami, a few slices of young mature cheese and another slice of pastrami. Place the other sandwich on top. Spread both outsides with some Black Truffle Mayonnaise.
- Put a frying pan on the heat and let it get hot. Brown the sandwich on both sides until the cheese is melted.
- Place the sandwich on a board, remove the top from the sandwich (be careful can be hot) and spread 1 tbsp Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise on it and top with some arugula. Put the top back on and cut in half diagonally.
- Place them on a plate with some more Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise on the side. Enjoy!
