Quiche with Black Truffle Dressing

Ingredients

1 roll of savory tart or quiche dough from the fresh produce section
75 grams of cream
25 grams of whole milk
3 eggs (L)
100 grams of Gruyere cheese grated
125 grams of smoked bacon cubes
1 leek washed and sliced into rings.
125 grams of corn salad
50 grams of goat cheese balls
½ granny smit apple sliced into thin strips
Jean Baton black truffle dressing

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the cream with the milk and eggs.
  3. Spread the dough over the quiche mold and top it with the bacon, leeks and gruyere cheese. Mix this together briefly so that it is evenly distributed in the mold.
  4. Spread the egg mixture over this and put in the oven for about 40 minutes, checking in between to make sure it is not going too fast, otherwise cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Serve the quiche with a salad of corn salad, goat cheese, thinly sliced apple and black truffle dressing.
