Sandwich with Black Truffle Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 large slices of tomato
  • 1 slice of ham on the bone
  • Slices of 48+ Gouda cheese
  • Arugula
  • Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

  1. Top one sandwich with cheese, ham and tomato. Place the other sandwich on top. Spread both (outer) sides of the sandwich with a little Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise.
  2. Fry the sandwich, turning frequently, over medium-high heat.
  3. Once cheese is melted remove from heat and cut diagonally through
  4. Remove the top from the sandwich and top with arugula. Put the top back on. Serve the sandwich with Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise.
