Sandwich with Black Truffle Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 large slices of tomato
- 1 slice of ham on the bone
- Slices of 48+ Gouda cheese
- Arugula
- Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

- Top one sandwich with cheese, ham and tomato. Place the other sandwich on top. Spread both (outer) sides of the sandwich with a little Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise.
- Fry the sandwich, turning frequently, over medium-high heat.
- Once cheese is melted remove from heat and cut diagonally through
- Remove the top from the sandwich and top with arugula. Put the top back on. Serve the sandwich with Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise.
