Steak Tartare Crostini with Black Truffle Mayonnaise

  • 10 Crostinis
  • 100 grams of steak tartare
  • 4 Cornichons
  • Few sprigs of arugula
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise

  1. Place a dozen crostinis on a wooden slice. Top each crostini with a scoop of steak tartare
  2. Cut the cornichons into quarters. Press a cornichon and a sprig of arugula into each ball of steak tartare, finish with some Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise and fresh pepper.
