- Place a dozen crostinis on a wooden slice. Top each crostini with a scoop of steak tartare
- Cut the cornichons into quarters. Press a cornichon and a sprig of arugula into each ball of steak tartare, finish with some Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise and fresh pepper.
