Sushi with Salmon and Organic No Sugar Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of sushi rice
  • rice vinegar/mirin
  • 200 gr salmon fillet sashimi quality
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tsp wasabi
  • 4 nori sheets
  • Jean Bâton Organic No Sugar Mayonnaise
  • sesame seeds
  • soy sauce
  • sushi mat

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the directions on the package and let it cool completely.
  2. Continue when the rice is cold. Cut the salmon into thin slices and cover with foil. Place in the refrigerator. Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and cut it into thin slices, place them in a bowl and drizzle a few drops of lemon juice over them. Peel the mango and slice it into thin strips. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Slice the cucumber into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of wasabi with 2 tablespoons of Jean Bâton Organic No Sugar Mayonnaise.
  4. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat. Top this with a layer of sushi rice. Spread some slices of salmon, avocado, mango and cucumber on this. Spread some wasabi mayonnaise on this and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Roll up the sushi tightly.
  5. Cut the sushi roll into 8 equal slices. Repeat this 3 more times. Serve with some soy sauce on the side and enjoy.
  6. Variety? For example, you can also replace the salmon with large shrimp.
