Wrap with Smoked Salmon and Black Truffle Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 4 tortilla wraps
- Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise
- 1 cucumber
- 100 grams of Butter lettuce
- 200 grams of smoked salmon
- Preparation time:

- Briefly fry the 4 tortilla wraps in the pan for 1 minute on each side.
- Spread one side of the tortilla with 1 tbsp Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise. Using a cheese slicer, cut ribbons from the cucumber and place 2 on each wrap.
- Top each wrap with a handful of butter lettuce and 50 grams of smoked salmon. Roll up the wrap, cut it in half and insert two toothpicks to prevent it from rolling apart. Enjoy!
- TIP: Great for with drinks, cut the wrap into small pieces!
