Wrap with Smoked Salmon and Black Truffle Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 grams of Butter lettuce
  • 200 grams of smoked salmon

  1. Briefly fry the 4 tortilla wraps in the pan for 1 minute on each side.
  2. Spread one side of the tortilla with 1 tbsp Jean Bâton Black Truffle Mayonnaise. Using a cheese slicer, cut ribbons from the cucumber and place 2 on each wrap.
  3. Top each wrap with a handful of butter lettuce and 50 grams of smoked salmon. Roll up the wrap, cut it in half and insert two toothpicks to prevent it from rolling apart. Enjoy!
  4. TIP: Great for with drinks, cut the wrap into small pieces!
